With Christmas being such a busy period, would it not be a good idea to extend your telephone support hours to the weekend? It is Saturday and I have just received a photobook that I ordered as a Christmas present, but one of the photos has been printed with a flaw. The original is clean, as is the copy uploaded to the site. The photobook needs to be replaced quickly. I have submitted an email response but have no idea when it will be acknowledged and actioned. At the moment it hasn’t appeared in my Support History.
